Clinic Quick Start

1. Create account & org (Owner + staff users).
2. Connect bank for payouts; set business name & descriptors.
3. Choose rails: Cards + ACH (RTP optional).
4. Install Terminal app (Windows/Mac) or use the Web Terminal.
5. Save card/ACH on file at check-in (tokenized).
6. Collect co-pay now; invoice remainder later via link.
7. Reconcile in Dashboard → Payouts & Reports.

Developers: use POST /payments and webhooks for automated posting.
